About Registering and Logging in to ASOBI COIN

Q. I am not getting any emails from ASOBI COIN.

A. Some email providers may forward emails to the spam box.

If you are not receiving emails from us, please check your spam box first. Also, make sure your email allows emails from “asobimo.io”. Contact your email provider for detailed guidance for these settings.

Q. I’m using 2 step-authentication by my email address but I can’t login after entering the code.

A. In case you are using 2 step-authentication by your email, the code will expire within 5 minutes. Please enter the code within 5 minutes after receiving the mail. If you are not receiving the email with the code, please press “Resend” to get a new code. If you enter the code after 5 minutes, you cannot login.

Furthermore, if your mail tends to arrive late, we recommend using Google Authenticator.

Q. I’m using Google Authenticator but still can’t login after entering the code.

A. Google Authenticator code refreshes automatically every 30 seconds. Please enter the displayed code before it refreshes again.

Also, Google server and Google Authenticator may have some time lag between, which shortens the effective time of the code. In this case, please try the following steps to adjust the time settings.
Note: The guide may differ depending on your OS version or device.

Android
On your device, go to "Settings" > "Date & time" > "Automatic date & time" : "Automatic time zone" and check that the settings are ON.
Go to Google Authenticator menu "Settings" > "Time correction for codes" > Tap "Sync now".

iOS
On your device, go to "Settings" > "General" > "Date & Time" > "Set Automatically" and check that the settings are ON.

About the ABX Reflected in Your Account

Q. I purchased ABX from the ASOBI COIN MyPage but the amount is differerent (when I bought them and now when I’m looking at the balance).

A. The ABX amount will depend on the fluctuation of cryptocurrency rates. ASOBI COIN MyPage rate is based on “CoinMarketCap” rates between cryptocurrency and Japanese Yen. The total will be calculated automatically according to this website's rates.
Because of the fluctuation and timing of making your payment, there may be some differences in the amount.
However, if the difference is very huge, please contact ASOBI COIN support from your registered email address.

Q. I purchased ABX from the ASOBI COIN MyPage but my ABX is not reflected in the "Balance".

A. A cryptocurrency purchase may fail or it may take some time for the transaction to complete. Please check the status of the transaction on other web site where you can check your transaction.
If you have confirmed that your transaction is successfully completed and have waited but your ABX is still not reflected in the “Balance” page, please contact ASOBI COIN support from your registered email address.

Q. I purchased ABX from cryptocurrency exchange/platform but my ABX is not reflected in the "Balance".

A. ABX purchased outside of the ASOBI COIN MyPage will not be reflected in the "Balance".
If you have any questions regarding this case, please contact directly the Cryptocurrency exchange or sale platform you purchased the ABX.

Q. How to use coupons?

A. You can use coupons that you got from events or social media at your ASOBI COIN MyPage.
For more details, please have a look at "How to use coupon codes" below.

Please note that coupons for new registration must be entered to the "Referral Code (Only when registering)" column at the registration page. These codes cannot be used at your ASOBI COIN my page after registering.

Q. I can't use the coupon code.

A. Please check the error message displayed when using the coupon code. Have a look at the following chart for descriptions of the error messages:

Error message Reason
Coupon not found! You have entered an invalid code. Please enter the correct code.
This coupon code has already expired. You have entered an expired code. Unfortunately, that coupon code cannot be used.
This coupon code is already been used. The coupon code you entered has already been used for that account. It cannot be used again.
This coupon code has already reached the limit. There is a limit on the number of people who can use the coupon code. After the coupon code hits the limit, it cannot be used.
This coupon code can be used on registration only. Coupons for new registration are valid only when the code is in the Referral Code column when making the account. The code cannot be used after registration.
Q. I didn’t get my Airdrop.

A. First, please check that you completed all the requirements as explained in the rules of the Airdrop. These requirements may be such as “purchase ABX”, "complete KYC", "follow us on social media" or "share a post".

Also, there are some Airdropos requesting registration via a special campaign site. If you didn’t proceed via this site, you cannot get the Airdrop reward. Please be cautious of fake websites looking like the real campaign sites.

Q. I referred my friend but didn’t get the referral bonus.

A. In ASOBI COIN MyPage, you can get 15% referral bonus only if the friend you referred to join also purchases ABX. If you didn’t get the bonus, the friend you referred didn’t either use the correct link to register or didn’t purchase any ABX. Please note that we can only help you with our official ASOBI COIN referral system. If you have any questions about other referral, please contact directly to the websites that are in charge.

Q. My friend invited me but I didn’t get any referral bonus.

In ASOBI COIN MyPage, if you registered via a referral code by the end of our Pre-sale STAGE 2 (finished on July 30), and purchased ABX, you can get 5% of the purchased amount as referral bonus. Please note that if you did not use the referral code to register or purchased after Pre-sale STAGE 2, you cannot get the referral bonus.

Q. I can’t see my ABX in my ETH wallet.

A. You may see your ABX that you have purchased or acquired by coupon at "Balance" on ASOBI COIN MyPage. You will be able to transfer the ABX to your ETH wallet after we have finished all our sales. We will notify you via the ASOBI COIN official website, Telegram and other social networks.

Q. I don't know how to set the receiving ETH wallet address.

A. You can set your receiving wallet address in the "Profile" in the ASOBI COIN MyPage. Please check the following steps below.

Q. When can I transfer ABX to my ETH wallet?

A. You can transfer your ABX from the ASOBI COIN MyPage to your ETH wallet after we have finished all of our sales. We will notify you via the ASOBI COIN official website, Telegram and other social networks.

Q. I'd like to change the receiving ETH wallet address. Is it okay to change it?

A. You cannot transfer ABX to other ETH wallets until all the sales have finished. In the meantime, you may change your receiving ETH wallet address as many times you wish.
When all the sales have completed, you can transfer ABX to your ETH wallet. We will notify you via the ASOBI COIN official website, Telegram and other social networks.

About KYC

Q. Do I need KYC to buy ASOBI COIN?

A. You can purchase ABX on ASOBI COIN MyPage without KYC. We ask you to complete your KYC to exchange in-game credits or when you want to transfer ABX to your wallet.

Q. I don’t know how to submit my information required for KYC.

A. The information required for KYC can be submitted from the "KYC" at the ASOBI COIN MyPage. Please fill out the Identity Verification Form and upload pictures of your Photo ID and selfie holding your Photo ID.

Q. I can't upload required image for KYC.

A. The images required for KYC can be uploaded only if the file format is ".jpg", ".bmp" or ".png" format and the file size must be 1MB or less. Please try changing the file format and/or file size and upload again.

Q. I want to know my KYC status.

A. You can check your KYC status on the “Balance” of ASOBI COIN MyPage. Please check the following for the explanation of each status.

Status Description
Not Submitted Your data and images that are required for authentication have not been submitted. Please complete the required data and images from the "KYC" at the ASOBI COIN MyPage.
Under examination Your documents are being reviewed.
Verified Your documents have been examined and verified.
Need to Correct The information and/or photo you uploaded were insufficient for us to be able to perform our examination. Please confirm and edit your information and/or re-upload new pictures.

Under Re-examination Your re-uploaded documents are being reviewed.
Rejected Your documents could not be verified due to reasons such as location, age, ID picture not matching with your selfie, false information or suspicion of malicious activity.

Q. I submitted my KYC documents, but they still haven’t been approved.

A. KYC verification may take up to 5 business days. If 5 business days have not passed yet, please wait a little more. In the case when 5 business days have already passed, please contact ASOBI COIN support from your registered email address.
